Autumn Season: Having started a successful summer with conferences in Europe all the way to Vietnam, ATS Conference is filling up its order book for autumn!

Royal College of Nurses: After successfully managing the voting and microphone queuing for the RCN Congress in April, the RCN has confirmed that they would like ATS Conference for the same event next year. This application gives members access to voting via PIN code, thereby affirming their voting rights for Congress Sessions. The microphone queue facility uses the current “Fastest finger” application, which allows delegates to be identified in time order.

Getting around: By the end of last year we ran voting sessions from as little as 20 to as many 1,100 keypads. Our technicians have traveled around the world to complete jobs in over 15 countries including France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Austria, Czech Republic, USA, Taiwan, China, and Vietnam.

Venues: We are part of the Advanced Thinking Systems (ATS) Ltd group based in Hampshire with over ten years interactive voting experience. ATS Conference Services is now one of the fastest growing conference companies worldwide.

We have traveled around the world delivering events at various venues including the ICC in Birmingham………………… and we therefore understand the importance of communication and integration between parties. You will find us to be extremely flexible and professional ensuring that the quality of your venue is reflected and represented by our experienced staff. Not only do we know what to expect from a venue but we understand what a venue expects from us.

Spring Season: Fantastic news....our order book is already filling up well for the Spring, with conferences from 20 - 1200 participants and venues as close as London and as far as Shanghai!

ATS Conference Services expand: The team has grown steadily since 2003 when the core team was just 2, to a much larger team of 11 – so we thought a picture was in order. The first sunny day of 2007 was earmarked as a good photo opportunity, but we had to delay due to a last minute show, so this is the Team, under cover, on a rainy day!
