Can we make on-site or last minute presentation changes?
We allow you plenty of time to finalise your presentation. We accept last minute changes and will make our very best efforts to complete these changes on time.
What kit will you use and what will you require from us?
We use radio base stations which communicate with the keypads on a unique frequency range. Output is shown on a separate monitor but in most cases, we require you to provide the projection hardware. |

Unlike many of our competitiors there are none! The price we quote, is the price you pay.
How large a conference can you handle?
We can handle any event size and have thousands of handsets available. We have experience of holding both small and large multi-site events worldwide. |
What if we decide to cancel an event?
No problem. We are very reasonable with regard to cancellations fees and will only charge you costs that we have encurred.
How can we get the best value?
Our technical consultants are trained to provide you with the service and options that you actually need for your event without adding extras that you don't need. |

What do you require from us?
In most cases the likely things we request will be:
- Power (in Europe, that is compatible with UK - European Adapters)
- We will most likely require an internet connection (conference room)
- We will most likely require an internet connection (accomodation room)

Should we be worried about the keypad safety?
The keypads run on a unique frequency bandwidth which will not interfere with other wireless applications or hardware.
